1. Introduction

Welcome to **B Bar** ("the Service," "the App"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This application utilizes blockchain technology and non-custodial wallet management. By using this Service, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptographic assets and agree that B Bar is not responsible for the loss of funds due to user negligence or loss of access credentials.

2. Wallet Security & MPC Technology

2.1. Non-Custodial Nature

B Bar utilizes Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology (specifically via Lit Protocol) to secure your digital assets. We do not store or have access to your full private key. Your key is mathematically split into three shares:

  • Share A (User Device): Stored locally on your device, protected by your biometrics or password.
  • Share B (Cloud): Managed by the Lit Protocol network.
  • Share C (Recovery): A backup code provided to you during registration.

2.2. User Responsibility

To sign a transaction, at least two shares are required.

  • Loss of Access: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Device (Share A) and your Recovery Code (Share C).
  • Irrecoverable Accounts: If you lose both your device and your recovery code, access to your wallet and funds will be permanently lost. B Bar administration has no technical ability to recover your private key or funds in such a scenario.

2.3. Authentication

Login via third-party providers (Steam, Epic Games Store) is used solely for identity verification to access Share B. Compromise of your Steam/Epic account does not automatically grant an attacker access to your funds without physical access to your device or recovery code.

3. Blockchain Transactions & Risks

3.1. Irreversibility

Transactions executed on blockchain networks (including but not limited to Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain) are irreversible. Once a transaction is signed and broadcast, it cannot be undone, cancelled, or refunded by B Bar.

3.2. Gas Fees

You are responsible for all applicable transaction fees ("Gas Fees") required by the blockchain network.

3.3. Interaction with dApps (WalletConnect)

B Bar provides an interface to connect with third-party decentralized applications (dApps) via WalletConnect.

  • We do not control, audit, or endorse these third-party dApps.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from your interaction with malicious smart contracts or dApps.
  • Always verify the transaction details before signing.

4. Virtual Assets & NFT Mechanics

4.1. "As Is" Basis

All digital assets, including Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), in-game loot, and skins, are provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no guarantees regarding their future value, liquidity, or usability outside of the B Bar ecosystem.

4.2. Volatility

The value of cryptographic assets is extremely volatile. You accept all risks associated with price fluctuations, including the risk of assets becoming worthless.

4.3. Not Financial Advice

B Bar is a gaming and utility application. We do not provide financial, investment, or banking services.

5. Monetization, Ads & "Energy" System

5.1. Rewards Program

The App may offer users the opportunity to earn in-app utility points ("Energy" or "Credits") by viewing advertisements or completing tasks.

  • No Monetary Value: "Energy" points have no cash value, are not a cryptocurrency, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or real-world money. They are solely a utility mechanism to pay for network interaction costs within the App.
  • Changes to Program: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice.

5.2. Third-Party Advertisements

The App may display advertisements from third-party networks (e.g., Unity Ads, AppLovin).

  • B Bar is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party advertisements.
  • Interaction with these ads is at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B Bar, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  1. Loss of profits, data, or digital assets.
  2. Unauthorized access to or use of our servers.
  3. Bugs, viruses, or trojan horses transmitted through the Service.
  4. Errors or omissions in any content or transaction data.

Specific Disclaimer for Platform Providers:
You acknowledge that this Service is independent of Valve Corporation (Steam) and Epic Games, Inc. These platforms are not responsible for the operation of B Bar, the management of your cryptocurrency wallet, or any transactions occurring on the blockchain.

7. Privacy Policy Summary

7.1. Data Collection

We collect minimal data necessary for the operation of the Service:

  • Identifiers: SteamID / Epic Account ID (for authentication).
  • Wallet Data: Public wallet addresses and transaction history (publicly available on the blockchain).
  • Device Data: Technical information required for Passkey/WebAuthn functionality.

7.2. No Private Key Storage

We do not collect, store, or transmit your full Private Key or unencrypted Share A.

7.3. Third-Party Sharing

We may share anonymized data with:

  • Lit Protocol: To facilitate the MPC signing process.
  • Advertising Partners: To provide relevant ads (subject to your consent where required).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
