End User License Agreement & Risk Disclosure
1. AGREEMENT
By downloading, installing, or using "B Bar" (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the full Terms of Service available at: https://b-bar.game/policy.
2. BLOCKCHAIN NOTICE
This Software interacts with blockchain networks. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and may require network fees ("Gas").
3. WALLET SECURITY
The Software uses Multi-Party Computation (MPC) technology. The Developer DOES NOT have access to your full private key. If you lose access to your device AND your recovery code, your funds will be PERMANENTLY LOST. The Developer cannot recover them for you.
4. VIRTUAL ASSETS
All in-app digital assets (NFTs, tokens) are provided "AS IS". They may fluctuate in value or become worthless. You assume all risks associated with the use of digital assets.
5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software is independent of Epic Games, Inc. Epic Games is not responsible for the privacy practices, wallet security, or transactions within this Software.
